Product Description
We do a lot of cake decorating in the studio, teaching everything from how to make perfectly fluffy frosting and filling frosting bags to the little decorative roses that set atop your creations. But this camp is an adventure into the other aspects of cake making. We’ll be baking all of our own cakes, from scratch, learning traditional cake decorating and presentation techniques that bakeries are truly known for. Have you ever had Silver White Cake? We’ll teach you the secret that makes this cake both moist and perfectly WHITE, then fill it with Deep Chocolate Ganache and frost it with the lightest, fluffiest Chocolate Frosting and decorate it with Chocolate Curls. Impressive? You bet! Wait until you taste the Lemon Chiffon Cake… Although you will not go home with a full cake at the end of each day, you will finish a total of 4 cakes. What to do with all that cake? Well, it freezes well, but why not show off your talent with a end-of-camp cake party? I’ll come!
