If you’ve ever wondered where cheese comes from…If you ever believed- just for a moment- that maybe the moon really is made of cheese…this is the workshop for you! This three-hour workshop will have you literally up to your elbows in the freshest cheese you’ll ever taste, because you’ll make it yourself! We’ll lead you through the process of creating Fresh, Soft Mozzarella that will make you the envy of every family on the block.
And as if the cheese alone is not fabulous enough, you’ll make the most luscious, yet simple Paneer -a fresh curd cheese, similar to cottage cheese but without the cream. Of course, we'll have bread and bruschetta topping to taste test it, as well. The wow factor here? WHEY COOL!
