Finally a class for the whole family! If you've ever been just a teeny bit jealous of all the fun your kids are having, or just a little curious as to what's really going on there... This is just the series for you!

In this 4 week course on baking, you'll learn side-by-side with your child the techniques we teach in our kids cooking classes. Proper measurements, following directions and techniques for the best batters, lightest muffins and tastiest breads your ever make. Join us as we tour the last 400 years of baking.

We'll bake up Lemon Pound Cake and Turnovers from the 1700s, learn what all the fuss was about in the 1800s with Shortcake Biscuits and Mrs. Isaac Cock's Cornbread. In the 1900s we'll discover this nation's sweet tooth with Pineapple Upside-down Cake and the winning recipe from the first Pillsbury Bake Off (1949)No Knead, Water-Rising Twists. Finally, we'll disclose the trends of the last 10 years with Simple Artisan Bread. Along the way, we'll please you further with tidbits and trivia about new foods introductions and technological breakthroughs, teasing your imagination with all kinds of odds and ends.

But the real treasure in this class is in discovering it side-by-side with the people who mean the most in your life. Bring a camera, forget the mess and let us help you to PLAY with your kids in the kitchen.
