Don’t you just love the word ‘noodle’? Maybe because of my love of pasta, but more than likely the word itself is what gives me the giggles. With so many shapes, sizes, flours and uses it would take a lifetime to master them all. NH’s Cooking School For Kids Who Cook will teach your 10-14yr old kid 12 of our favorite noodle recipes- including Chicken Cannelloni and Pineapple Noodle Kugel; we’ll even learn to make Four Cheese Ravioli! A brief culinary tour of pasta will include fun, tasty recipes from all over the world. African Couscous comes to mind, as well as Vietnamese Pho made with rice noodles and German Spaetzle with Brown Butter. Finally, we’ll end our six week class by making Homemade Egg Noodles- yes, from scratch.

kids will go home with 2-4 servings of each recipe
Class will meet Tuesdays 1/10-2/13
Cost is all-inclusive
Bring a cloth sack for carrying food home
Long hair should be tied back
Wear tight-fitting or short-sleeved clothing
