Fri. April 2 -What better way to start the first month of Spring than with a Fool. A delightful dessert of pureed fruit and whipped cream, a 'fool' is not at all foolish. It's 'delish'. Of course, this cooking class would not be complete with a full dinner to proceed it- we'll make Foccacia bread sandwiches of Roasted Turkey and Pesto, and Sweet Potato Fries to go with it.
Sat. May 15 -Maybe we'll miss our parents...but I doubt it! Cook up some fun with this Mom-inspired menu of Magic Meatloaf and Smashed Potatoes with Chocolate Pizza for dessert!
Eventually, the parents will have to come back, cooking class will have to end and we’ll return ourselves to the realities of chores and homework…but in the meantime, we’ll play a little, laugh a little, eat a little dinner, maybe even play a game or two…
