The artful arrangement of a beautifully prepared meal is a celebration of the food itself. In this creative kids cooking camp, we will be aiming for both taste and presentation. Each day’s menu will consist of a 3-course meal consisting of a first course, main dish, and dessert. The intention is to demonstrate how to make a dinner party manageable, yet formal. The recipes are a joy for every eater including the most serious of foodies! Expect to recreate amazing restaurant first courses Spring Salad with Parmesan Pastries and Roasted Corn Bisque with Caramelized Leeks. You’ll marvel guests once we teach you Gnocchi with Fire Roasted Tomato Puree and Ham and Egg Pastry Pockets with Cream Sauce; and of course, no cooking class on four star dining would be complete without Classic Crème Brulee. We’ll pull recipes from some of the most wonderful of restaurants, too! The Chocolate Ricotta Mousse Parfaits from Pauli’s in Melrose, MA, comes to mind…
