An intensive, three day exploration into the world of... FROSTING! If you've ever wondered how The Cake Boss assembled his cakes...or oogled at the delicious creations on Ace of Cakes... this class is sure to get you started.
Roll up your sleeves and breathe deeply the scent of sugar- we'll teach you all the little intricacies from making your own frosting to serving your gorgeously delicious creations. We'll be baking some of our cakes from scratch, others will be ready made for you- we want to maximize your hands-on frosting adventure! Each day will feature a different cake, each sent home completed and ready to eat! My advice? Plan a party for the end of the day on the 30th...That's a lot of cake!
Make this a full day camp! Meant to be a companion class to our "Savory Baker" camp on the same dates, but well able to stand alone!
