Years ago, this became my favorite cookbook holder and it's held that status ever since. More recently, it's been holding music for a 4th grade flutist, as well... So I guess you could say it's not just a cookbook holder any more.
Folding nicely into a drawer when not in use, the acrylic cover keeps cookbooks visible and clean, at the right angle for any serious cook. Adjusts for size of the cookbook, making it flexible to go from child-sized cookbooks (or sheet music) to The Joy of Cooking, protecting from minor splashes to major spatter.
I'm actually going to get the little one a music stand for Christmas so I can have my favorite cookbook holder back.
