Product Description
Quick, effortless slicing of vegetables and fruit in uniform thicknesses from paper thin to 1/4". I like the rail-guided system of this mandoline. The folder holder is held to the mandoline, permitting safe, easy motion over the V-shaped stainless blades. There are four slicing inserts (blades) and two julienne inserts for a variety cuts. Slide-on storage caddy stores inserts safely.
