December Cooking Classes Teens -Holiday Parties

It’s hard to imagine a December menu based on anything other than the holidays. This month’s cooking classes will be no exception. Each week will feature a different holiday menu. We’ll cook up Potato Latkes and Chocolate Rugelach as part of a traditional Hanukkah menu; then switch gears to Quick Panettone and Christmas Risotto as the highlights in an Italian Christmas meal. The last week of the month will have us creating appetizers for a New Year’s Eve mocktail party!
