Christine Dion has been cooking delicious meals as far back as she can remember. She learned how to cook from a mother and a grandmother who believed in good, wholesome, home cooked foods to feed the family.

Christine is a fitness competitor with Cathy Savage Fitness, a high school art teacher at Pinkerton Academy in Derry and a published illustrator. With all this creativity, she mixes together healthy, non-processed, whole foods in delicious combinations to feed her family and to maintain her healthy lifestyle. At the age of forty, she made some major lifestyle changes and now two years later, she encourages men and women to incorporate similar changes in eating habits and exercise practices to make a big impact in their own health and wellness.


Each class will feature 2-3 amazingly healthy and delicious dishes which you will prepare featuring “clean eating” practices adopted from Christine’s involvement with her nutritionists at Cathy Savage Fitness as well as principles from The Eat-Clean Diet by Tosca Reno. Also included will be information on how to incorporate “clean eating” into your lifestyle, vital nutritional information for our maturing bodies and how to eliminate processed foods from your life and feel better than ever!

Wednesday, January 13, 7-9pm – Italian Eggplant Lasagna, Warm and Sultry New England Bread Pudding

Wednesday, February 24, 7-9pm – Indian Spiced Quinoa with Chicken, Blueberry Cranberry Sauce with a hint of Orange, Almond & Walnut Espresso Cookies

Wednesday, March 17, 7-9pm – Creamy Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Soup with Chicken and Leeks, Carrot and Corn Mini-Muffins
