I can’t tell you how many bed and breakfasts I’ve stayed at. Some of them as quaint as the Maine coastal villages where they are located, others a little less so, but I always look forward to breakfast. After all, breakfast is their claim to fame! This 3 day cooking class for kids will have you cooking up some of the favorites that make breakfast worth bragging about. Whether your plan is to delight Mom with breakfast in bed or astound your family on Sunday mornings, I’m sure you’ll love to cook and serve delicious Baked Pineapple, Cinnamon Bread Strata and Hash Brown Casserole from bed and breakfasts all over the south. Preparing Baked Grits will make you think you are actually south of the Mason-Dixon line! But don’t worry- more familiar and equally impressive will be the favorites that make the buffet line: Sourdough Pancakes with Blueberry syrup,and the moistestBanana Bread you’ve ever tasted, for example. We’ll be sure to slip in the ultra-impressive Bacon, Egg and Cheese Turnovers with White Gravy, too. Nine recipes that you’ll cook over and over again and skills you’ll use for a lifetime.
