Product Description

I enjoy making pasta. Sure, there is a little mess involved, but the complete transformation from flour and salt to something so truly fantastic still amazes and delights me. Sharing this experience is all the more exciting for me. Although we will be making a couple different types of pasta, I really tried to stretch this Italian menu to give a more well-rounded view of the foods of Italy. Simple, thick peasant soup Ribollita is an example of that! We’ll also explore the flexibility of frittatas with Frittata Con Patate (Potato Frittata) and Torta de Frittate(frittata cake), a rich layered Frittata with savory vegetables and cheese. Of course, no kid is going to want to do an Italian themed cooking camp without the additions of Semifreddo alla Panna (Cream Semifreddo) and Tiramisu, and who could blame them? We’re sure to teach the more basic Pasta Dough and serve it with Salsa di Pomodoro Veloce (Quick Tomato Sauce) and fresh Pesto. We’ll unveil the secret to a good, thin pizza dough, too! In total 15 Italian recipes you’ll want to repeat again and again.

Choose one class date or several- each menu is able to stand alone and will feature 2-4 servings of 2-3 recipes!
