April vacation is deliciously interrupted with this fun workshop. Since the theme of the month is "The Glorious Egg", I thought it might be fun to explore some of the many ways that eggs are used. What role does the egg play in baking? What flavors are complemented by egg?
Just imagine this to be a practice run for Mother's Day Brunch! Maybe I can even convince them to serve it to you in bed?
