There are quite a few recipes that are inspired by the flavors of Mexico, but have purely evolved as American food. They are some of my favorites, actually! This class highlights and celebrates them as they should be. Running the gamut from traditional to creative, we’ll prepare old and new favorites like Potato and Cheese Enchiladas and Tortilla Pie, and make our own taco seasoning for Mexican Stuffed Shells. Learn to make your own Tortillas and how to use traditional ingredients for a little cooking fusion in the newly created Santa Fe Risotto. Whether you refer to dinner as muy deliciosa or mumble something with your mouth full- these are dishes you are sure to be proud to cook.

  • Combine with 'The Bakery' to make a full day of camp. Pack a lunch and the kids are welcome to stay for the hour between camps.
